Mr Gary Steinepreis

Mr Steinepres is a chartered accountant providing corporate, management and accounting advice to a number of companies involved in the resources, technology and leisure activities.

Mr Matthew Sheldrick

Mr Sheldrick holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia and is a Chartered Accountant. Mr Sheldrick spent 10 years in the securities industry, advising both domestic and international institutional clients on Australian equities. Mr Sheldrick has been involved in a number of listed companies from a start-up phase including new and innovative technology companies and has been involved in the growth of these companies by way of merger and acquisition. He is currently non-executive director and company secretary of Black Fire Mienrals Ltd.

Mr Patrick Burke

Mr Burke is a lawyer admitted to practice in Western Australia, Ireland, England and Wales. He has extensive experience in corporate, commerical, and securities law with a emphasis on captial raisings and mergers and acquisitions.
